Thanks so much for running the letter from the Flybaby who started her meal planning with baby steps by just cooking what she knows how, instead of trying to upgrade her menus at the same time. That’s kind of what I’ve been doing too, trying to build the habit of regular in-home cooking of meals we enjoy before I try to work on getting super-nutritious/low carb/made from scratch/clean eating/perfect meals. I’m trying to overcome the perfectionist in myself one step at a time. Sometimes even repeating one step over and over, with your help.
And I love that this is your November Baby Step, because I try so hard to carry it over into December. I want to avoid fast food, and the extra money it sucks out of my wallet, and the extra clutter it adds to my body, during this stressful month of the year. And if I lapse a bit, I’m still eager to get back to it in the New Year because I’ve been practicing.
Thanks for all you do for us Flybabies. I’ve realized that there are some imitators out there, but you’re the one that I rely on all year long for help, encouragement, and love.
