Hello,
I just wanted to say thank you for posting the menu planning thoughts of the single woman who wrote in about her menu planning. Like her, I have been putting off menu planning because when I sat down to do it, making a different full-on meal every time was just too much for me. Being single, my meals are very simple even if on-the-fly. I can have a package of chicken thighs last me for four meals and each meal I’ll just throw some vegetables and fruit with it.l, for instance. Why it is that I have to see somebody else is doing it or get permission first is beyond me, but I guess that’s the way it is. So I’m grateful that you posted this person’s ideas. Thanks for all you do.
