Thank you for your words of wisdom!! I have chronic depressive and have had numerous bouts over my lifetime. It takes courage to share our stories but as we do, we bless others who may feel alone and isolated. Currently I am flying fairly well and I take care of myself I’m various ways; today I am going to a restorative yoga class.
