Dear Flylady,

We built our dream home 12 years ago. My husband, daughters and I are very meticulous so we have no problem keeping it clean and clutter free. However, the one thorn in my side was my stove top. I have a gas stove with a black glass top. It drove me crazy not being able to keep it spotless and streak free. It was very hard to clean.

Over the years I have tried EVERY cleaner and rag on the market.  I had gotten to the point that I would make dinner and set the pots off the stove onto the countertop for serving. One little drop of food or liquid would result in having to clean the entire stove top! It took FOREVER to get it streak free! So… I thought I would give your purple rags a try. I can not believe how easy my stove top is now to clean and maintain! No scrubbing, no drying with another towel! Spills wipe up effortlessly. And did I mention NO STREAKS?????

Seriously, these rags have cut my stove top cleaning from 15 minutes per day (just to get it streak free!) to two minutes or less per day. It is just unbelievable. I was so excited that I gave my mom and my sister a purple rag for their stove top, too! Here’s a picture of my clean, shiny stove top. I so wish I had discovered your purple rags 12 years ago!!!!
