Dear FlyLady,
Well, I finally got caught! I have a calendar with Birthdays on it by my computer, and a whiteboard on my refrigerator where I mark hair appts, doctor appts, etc. but not in date order. A couple of days ago I realized that I had two important appointment on the same day, same time!
