I really want to say thank you for all your help. I am a SAHM.

I have a DS 7 and DD 5 months and the before bed routine saves me.

On school mornings we are up at 5:30am because DS gets on the bus at 6:10. When DS gets home from school we do homework then he gets his bookbag ready for school the next day and picks his clothes out for the next day. I have DH work clothes set out so all he has to do is get up shower and get ready for work. Each night before I go to bed I have DD a bottle fixed so all I have to do is add water and feed her.

This makes our mornings run smoothly. The nights we do not do our before bed routine when we get up the next morning we always wake up late and are running around like chickens with our heads cut off and we always forget something like DS snack or glasses.
