Dear FlyLady,
I have been following you for about a year now and just want to say thank you! I realized when I came out to my kitchen and living room areas the other day how calm and relaxed I felt. Why didn’t anyone ever tell me about feather dusters before? Why didn’t someone tell me it doesn’t have to all be done at once and why didn’t I know it doesn’t have to be perfect? I had some dental surgery the other day and was told to “take it easy for a few days”. How wonderful to look around and know that if the sink was shined, the beds made and I was dressed that all the other stuff could wait for a bit. I love that housework can be done over time and I don’t have to stress about it! If I have a few minutes I find myself tidying something because I am there anyway.
Keeping the house looking presentable isn’t the hated task it once was.
