I, like a lot of testifliers, found your program a few years ago and was very excited to find a cure for my CHAOS. I always had to stash and dash and crisis clean anytime I knew someone was coming over or scare the begeezus outta me and pop by. I apparently wasn’t in the right frame of mind to fully embrace and apply your methods and for sure wasn’t ready to let go of my perfectionism. No way would I have ever thought of myself as a perfectionist. Somehow with in the last few months I finally heard you. Start small…stop trying to do everything at once. Establish routines. Listening to the timer method really spoke to myself and my family. None of us truly understood that it shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes to do most things and man what only 2-5 minutes can do really hit home the most. I needed my father in law’s assistance yesterday in my bathrooms helping to fix broken spouts and leaky glass shower doors. I welcomed him in my bedroom and bathroom without even thinking about it and no way would that have ever happened a few months ago. Thank you so much for being so persistent in trying to help us fly babies understand you have to walk before you can run.
