My Dearest Flylady,
I can only say “Thank you sooo much”! This is the first year I have followed your Cruising Through the Holidays.
I was able to schedule an impromptu visit out of state visit to some very close friends for the middle of December. On Thursday I realized I wouldn’t get another day off from my job to prepare for the holidays until after Christmas. Oh no!!
As I looked around…my Christmas cards were done, my shopping was done (with the exception of a few gifts that were purchased Friday), and wrapped, I had all the ingredients to do my holiday baking (which was also done Friday & are now in the freezer)!
I can now work my nine day stretch before vacation knowing all I have to do is pack a bit each night and be totally ready to celebrate Christmas upon my return December 20th!
This is the first time in my adult life (I’m 57 years old) I have been totally prepared! I’m making purple puddles of gratitude!
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you is all I can say!
