I ordered the FlyLady Feather Duster and the Rubba Scrubba and was so excited when they arrived today. As I was opening the box, I showed a duster to my 16 year old son and told him to feel how soft it was.

He immediately said he wanted it for his room. (This kid has an incredibly messy and dusty room, with Legos on shelves, the floor, everywhere. Getting him to do any cleaning is like pulling teeth; painful for everyone involved, so his response was a real shock. ) It turned out that he wanted to use it to dust all his Lego creations because the duster was so soft that he wouldn’t break anything. He ran right upstairs and started to work. He then demonstrated how much dust he had gotten up by flinging it onto the living room floor. (After I screamed in horror, he agreed to shake it outside from now on so he can bless the world.)

I was also excited about the Rubba Scrubba. I finally bought it after reading so many testimonials about people using them on their pets. Our dog Sally usually gets really agitated and runs into her kennel when we try to brush her, but she totally relaxed when I used the Rubba Scrubba on her. I think it felt to her like being stroked and petted. We can now brush her in a way that is pleasant for everyone.
