A friend in an online support group gave the link to Flylady.net. I have to admit I read a few things here and there, thinking to my self that yeah this stuff would work, but never got around to starting it. I am not a jump where you are at kinda person, I am ashamed to admit it…a perfectionist.

Well in preparation for a new semester in school (I work full time and am a full time student and full time wife I spent a whole Saturday cleaning my house from top to bottom. That night as I was laying in bed, getting ready to fall asleep I thought about FlyLady. I picked up my iPhone and checked me emails and started reading..I spent the next hour reading all the FlyLady emails I had received in the last couple of weeks. As I drifted off to sleep, I made my self a resolution that no matter what I will NOT go to bed with out a shiny sink.

If nothing else gets done in my house the whole day, my sink will be shiny.

I am so proud to announce that it has been 17 nights that I have been to sleep with shiny sink!!!! I am so excited and proud of my self. I feel so much better waking up in the morning and seeing a cleaned out sink, (plus it helps me keep tabs on middle of the night snacking done by the husband). So here I am in infant FLYing, but I am doing it!!!
