Dear FlyLady,

I have been living in CHAOS, mainly because of my perfectionism, but also thanks to your daily videos, I’m discovering how much of my predicament is due to Body Clutter (I intend to order that book!).  Your simplistic organized approach to cleaning is brilliant.  I already feel a huge burden has been lifted off my shoulders when I started babysteps and shined my sink.  It really has changed my life and I feel so more relaxed about my housekeeping since your game plan is so doable.

Also, thank you so much for uploading your daily videos, they are so encouraging.  It is like you are my good neighbor next door who is there every step of the way filling people’s souls with good thoughts, so enjoying the topics of the day!  I’m discovering that FlyLady is about more than cleaning your house, it is cleaning out all the garbage in your soul that keeps you in old wheel ruts that go nowhere.

I recently ordered the Complete Cleaning System and was waiting with bated breath, so excited about the feather duster (and I hate dusting).  Long story short, my package got delivered to the wrong address and I was so disappointed.  I was all ready to start my Swish and Swipe habit (could I do it with the toilet brush I have, yes, but thought I would stick to it if I had the FlyLadys’ tools :blush:).

Kathy in shipments bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of and she did not make me wait for a tracer to be done on the package (could take 8 days) and mailed me a new package the day I emailed her about this.  Thank you Kathy!! FlyLady is the real deal, just wants “you” to have a fulfilling life.
