One of my favorite ways to pamper myself is to make the time to have lunch with my best friend. Life is so busy and hectic that we often forget to take the time to nourish ourselves and our relationships. We let some of the most important people in our lives slip away because we don’t make the time to see them.
Today’s pamper mission is to set aside the time to make a date with a good friend. Whether it’s 15 minutes on the phone or an hour at lunch, you will feel happier and more relaxed after your “date”. This isn’t just about keeping your relationships alive, it’s about relieving stress and pampering yourself. A chat date with a friend is almost as good as a visit to the therapist! And much cheaper too!
Go make your date! You deserve it!
