I saw portion of your video yesterday describing ways to make house work fun. I used the 1 to 6 where I folded tiny post-its with the numbers written on them and I wrote a list of 6 tasks I needed to get done at work today.
I applied it on my work tasks and I didn’t feel the dread of getting my work done! IT WAS FUN!!!!
