Dear Flylady,
I just wanted to tell you thank you for teaching me that it is ok to take care of my own needs. I got a concussion because my chair flipped over backwards, which made me hit my head very hard on a hardwood floor.
Pre Flylady, I would have ignored the pain and suffered needlessly because of thinking that everybody else’s needs were more important. Thanks to flying, I had my shoes on, knew where my phone was, made necessary calls to doctor office and husband and employer, and got help to get me to the emergency room.
So thank you, Flylady, for teaching me how to love myself enough to be able to handle this emergency with a minimum of stress. God bless you and everything you do!
