Dear FlyLady,

I have been Fly skipping for about a year.  Visual progress is slow going.  I so appreciate the testimonies and Fly washings full of grace and wisdom.  I think I am seeing more of a mental shift which I am finding is really key to change for me.  When I find myself frustrated and overwhelmed about the to do’s I try to stop and breath and assess…what can be done in 2, 5 or 15 minutes?  What small spot can be made better quickly, not perfectly.  When things go astray I go back to the source and find that the lack of routines are at the core (just as you have told us like a hundred times!) and I need to work on that.
