Dear FlyLady,
I have been moving in May, one hour of walking a day.
I put a star on my FlyLady calendar for every day I walk. I know it sounds crazy, but I would miss that star.
I have entered a 5K walk to be held on June 2 with proceeds going to Cerebral Palsy. I can’t believe it, but there will never be a day from now on that I don’t exercise.
Thank you so much for your help. I weighed in at Weight Watchers today and lost 1.8 pounds.
