I took the challenge for June. I ordered the water bottle…..oh my goodness….water tastes delicious!!!

I keep my bottle filled from dawn to dusk. And add a slice of lemon, lime or orange.

My twin daughters have even grabbed the habit.

My Ah-Hah….I am not as fatigued at the end of the day…..I was super dehydrated from lack of water. Go figure.

So far, I am on the wagon….Feeling better in St. Louis!!! Thanks.
