In the bathroom this week, I was getting the cobwebs off the ceiling when I noticed a stain leak in the ceiling over the shower.  Was this caused from moisture from the shower or is there a problem?  I checked in the guest room next door.  Matching stain.  Roofer has already been contacted and will be stopping by later today.  Your zones have me checking different areas of the house next week and keeping up with maintenance issues.  If the roof needs replacing at least the stimulus check arrived today to help with the cost.
