No More Migraines

Dear FlyLady,

I won’t claim water is a cure all, but I will say this:

At the beginning of April, I started to drink water again on a daily basis. I was not good at it before, but we had the water here at work for free, and I felt silly not drinking it when it was right here. After recalling how well it assisted weight loss years ago, I began rehydrating my body .

I had been suffering migraines, but found if I drank my 2 to 3 liters/day I didn’t even get headaches. I decided to experiment and went without drinking water for about 3 days (a common occurrence for me, especially in winter). Towards the end of day two I started to feel lightheaded and by the beginning of day three, I had a full blown migraine again.

I’ve tested it once since then, and maybe it’s coincidence, but I don’t care to test the theory again, I’ll just drink the water. It’s less painful!
