I had bought your mop and purple rags a while ago. I really wasn’t using them very much. I messed up my first purple rag with something sharp and it tore. So I didn’t want to use the other ones.. So I used other “microfiber” rags, towels and paper towels. After cleaning the bathroom I usually had a bag of paper towels to throw away and at least 5 rags to wash. Fast forward a couple of years.
My doctor just told me that I am highly sensitive to dust and mold. It is making me sick. She told me to hire someone to come and get rid of the mold and dust and stay in a hotel for 24 hours after it was done. We can’t really afford that right now and my DH had to drive our son out of town for sports. So I decided to clean it myself.
I’ve been reading so many great testimonials about the purple rags that I decided to use them for this. Over the last two days I’ve been removing mold from windows (who knew that they could get this moldy) It’s Florida so we run the AC most of the year and our shades let in lots of light so we never ever open them. I used one rag to clean the windows. I just kept rinsing it and it came out clean. Who knew? I never truly believed it would work this well!! I am now a believer!! (It’s cleaned my mirrors just like your said, streak free and clean!)
Now I had to wash down my walls. We painted our room a beautiful dark grayish blue that shows no dirt or dust. But I had to be thorough because of how I’ve been feeling. So I thought I would use the mop and wet the blue cloths. It was so easy!
Even though I was using it above my head to the top of the peaks of the walls, the cloths did not fall off not even once. I kept pulling it off and rinsing it in a bucket. I was shocked that walls could get this dirty. I guess the country has more dirt than the suburbs!
This morning my eyes are a little puffy and but my sinuses are not mad at me. I truly believe it’s because of these products work so well. Thank you for choosing fantastic products. I think I’ll pull out the feather duster to keep my room dust free. Now to declutter my cleaning rags. I’ll have to get some silver ones for my husband He won’t touch the purple ones!.

FlyLady here: Please be careful when your doctor tells you that you are sensitive to dust and mold. Ask your doctor for an anti-histamine before you decide to do this by yourself. I don’t want you to have an allergic reaction. FlyLady Liz had a bad allergic reaction this week to a cat. Please be safe.
