Dear FlyLady,

Thank you so much for your “Afternoon in the sunbeam” on your porch in the back of your house a few days ago.

No matter you didn’t say much! The comfort of your company in my living room was so nice I had to sit down and relax as well.

You have given me a moment of relaxation I didn’t know existed. I am always busy doing something, feeling guilty the moment I sit down.

But I forced myself to stay seated, Wise Woman tea in my cup and, antsy pantsy, sat through the episode with you.

Please do repeat this from time to time (often!) to show us how to sit down and do nothing, just relax.

I’ve heard there was a book on the bestseller list a while ago with the authors name, title and …. nothing in it. It got published and esp men were buying it. I guess to “pretend” they were reading.

So it was with your sunbeam time: except it was not a pretend. I actually need to learn how to “do nothing”; thank you for showing the way.
