Dear FlyLady and Crew,

I really identified with the letter entitled: “What A FlyLady thing to Say!” that I received today:

My worst Clutter Crime, is of the paper variety.

Not commercial notices,or Advertisements or Flyers as we don’t get many of those.

No, the problem is, articles and Words of Wisdom from newspapers and magazines. There are some that I keep  because I don’t have time to read them, but “some time in the future”, I will.

There are, also, articles I love, and can’t throw away.

I have been a FlyBaby for about 6 years, and only recently, the DeCluttering message reached my brain. I understood that only I could throw my stuff away, and it had to be done immediately.

I didn’t mention that my DH and I  live in a tiny apartment, on one floor, so I can’t allow this paper clutter to take up valuable Real Estate (what a marvelous expression)

I have made it a rule that my beloved newspaper and magazine articles can live with me for a week.   After a week, even if I haven’t read them, they go OUT.!

Very liberating and highly recommended!
