It’s pretty simple! Just turn your shower to hot (stay out of the hot water of course), strip down naked and let your body soak up the steam from the hot water. It’ll open up your pores and help get any impurities out of your body too. Spend 15 minutes or 30 if you have it! Then slather on your favorite lotion from head to toe to lock that moisture in. You’re skin will be healthy and glowing after your spa treatment!
