Dear FlyLady,

Where do I begin?! I started your system about a week ago and it is already life-changing. I have been chronically disorganized and a pathological perfectionist for years. I would get “obsessed” with the newest decluttering or organizing fad only to burn myself out in a matter of just a few days!

In a recent moment of exasperation (and determination) I found your website/YouTube channel. I cleared all the dishes out of my sink that evening, left it shining, set the coffee pot for the next morning, and got right to work on establishing routines.

I’m still a FlyBaby and I know I have room to keep growing until I’m truly FLYing, yet for now I am really proud of how “I’m baby stepping and I’m not obsessing!” I am making my bed every morning, laying my clothes out the night before, getting dressed first thing in the morning, doing one load of laundry every day, and staying on top of my dishes (I’m a payroll FlyBaby and I’ve even been leaving the sink in the break room at work shining every day before I leave!) Routines are amazing!!! I always thought I didn’t have time for those things and now I can’t believe how much MORE time I have!

Having baby successes with FlyLady has had a huge impact on my self esteem. I know I am making progress on my journey to finally loving myself. Thank you for your uplifting, confidence building, manageable system. I can’t wait to keep working on the next steps…
