Dear FlyLady,

I have been using your system since about April this year and it has changed my life!!! It’s not often one can describe something as “life-changing” but in this case, it truly is!!! I haven’t always done everything as scheduled but that’s the beauty of the Flylady system!! For example, i skipped cleaning the lamps in Zone 3 this week and told myself it’s fine!!!! So what if i skip it this month, it wasn’t all that dusty anyway, before I started Flylady, the lamps would probably get cleaned 1-2 times a year during a massive and stressful clean which i would probably have put off for weeks before finally getting to it, and then collapsing in a heap from exhaustion and muscle ache.

Thanks to you I have learned how to do things in small increments and I can’t tell you what it has done for my mental health, self esteem (yes! having a clean and tidy flat makes me feel good about myself) and it has spilled into other aspects of my life too. I find that I have been much calmer in myself. and fantastically, a clean clutter-free home has helped me make healthier choices in my diet as well. Who would have thought?

I am not the least bit stressed about the coming year end festivities. I must be like one of those smug, annoying students we all knew from school who never got stressed about exams, because they always seemed to be prepared and totally take it all in their stride!!!

Thank you for all that you do, I am so grateful to have discovered you and it’s made such a difference to my life.
