Dear FlyLady,

I realized early on that this was a Christian based group and I am Jewish so was a bit reluctant to join. I used to be the office supervisor for a major company and therefore needed to be super organized ( had a family too) Life changed, got divorced, happily found my true soulmate and life was good.

Then, out of nowhere I had a massive heart attack..and then a few years later was diagnosed with lung cancer. Although thakfully I am now in remission, I still have to go for treatments every few weeks. My amazing husband had been doing almost everything around the house in addition to working  fulltime..and we’re in our mid 60s.

A year and a half ago my husband got badly hurt on one of his jobsites and is still recovering from major back surgery. I needed something to get me refocused on our home. So although you and I may not have the same religious beliefs , I believe we have the same beliefs in caring and loving our homes and family.

Following Flyladys routines..as silly as I THOUGHT they would be( I was wrong) has been a game changer.  I do what I can, when I can. My morning and evening routines may mot include very much, but I now do have them…and I do go to bed EVERY night with a shiny sink. I am so happy I found this group…I no longer feel as if I’m behind..I just jump in where and when I can.

We have everything you need to keep your home shining! Sometimes we need a little motivation. Our efficient tools give us a jump start! They make a tough job fun. If you make it fun; it will get done!
