Welcome to a brand new year! Happy 2024! What was your New Year’s resolution this year? To lose weight? To exercise more? To spend more time with family? I have my own resolution for us all- to take better care of ourselves! We are worth loving and pampering!! If we don’t take care of us, who will? For today’s Pamper Mission, I want us to start small. Grab a pen and a piece of paper and write down all of the ways you can love yourself this next year. A list of your favorite movies or books, favorite places to eat, or even favorite beauty products will work great! You can add small things like a long hot bubble bath. Or a conditioning treatment for your hair. Whatever you feel like pampers you! Throughout the year, when you feel like you need a little pampering, look back at this list and see what you can do to love yourself. And remember, you deserve it!
