Thank you so much for all you do! As a new stay at home wife three years ago I was recommended to you by a friend, I loved your way of teaching to care and love for our homes and ourselves. A year and a half ago we welcomed our first baby during this time the routines dropped off a bit but I found it easy to get back on track when I remembered how orderly and well-functioning our home was when I was following your directions!

A few months ago a steady drop in my energy levels meant I was dropping off the evening routine for the option of just piling into bed which meant my mornings started off on the wrong foot and I felt like I couldn’t catch up all day, especially with the lack of energy.

As part of a survey a few weeks ago which required me to have a blood test I found my iron levels were extremely low!! Also I have been taking some supplements and can’t believe the increase in energy again. Now I can fulfill my evening routine no problem at all!!

Just wanted to send this to you in hopes that anyone who is having trouble finding the energy to carry through the day might have their levels checked in case that maybe the cause!
