I looked into your system nine years ago and never looked back. It was hard at first to commit to the idea that routines could be a lifesaver and yet without them I am too hard on myself and my expectations unrealistic so I try instead to think my way out of disorganisation instead.

The routines you promote are working. They have helped me through bereavements and also  putting an end to an abusive relationship I thought I was trapped in. I now understand that the only way to get clarity and solve problems is to make room for creativity by getting the seemingly trivial stuff, the daily grind, in order first.

By using your no whining policy it all gets done without  me burning out or blaming anyone else for the life I am living. You have changed my life. The videos you upload to youtube are an added source of daily encouragement because you reflect so often what I am going through myself and do not hide your emotions, I therefore feel connected.
