Dear Friends,

Now that the rush of the holidays is past, it’s a great time to take a few minutes each day to get back in the habit of working on your favorite hobby. Perhaps you were gifted some supplies for your hobby and haven’t even touched them yet! This is the week to enjoy your new hobby toys!

Whatever it is you like to do, crocheting, knitting, rubber stamping, scrap booking, painting, playing music, reading… make an appointment with yourself to work on your hobby. Unless you schedule time, extra time to work on your hobby is NOT going to materialize from thin air.

All work and no play equals a very frazzled flybaby. Take time this week to enjoy your hobby, let your creativity flow, and exercise your brain. A few minutes each day focused on creating something new or learning something new by reading is such a good stress reliever.

Take care of yourself; body, soul and spirit! You are so worth it!
