This week, I thought I’d share a new addition to my skin care routine: honey. After a couple of weeks of using honey, I can tell a difference in my skin; a healthy glow has emerged.
After cleansing my skin, I apply honey to my still damp skin and let it soak in while I complete my bath. Sometimes I mix the honey with my facial mask and let that set while I finish bathing. Once my bath is complete, I rinse my face and continue on with my skin care routine of using a toner, BHA/AHA products, and moisturizer.
The result for me has been glowing moisturized skin. Be sure to do a patch test in a less conspicuous area if you think your skin might have a reaction to the honey.
