This is a little embarrassing but my pampering habit for December is going to the bathroom right when I first have to go instead of waiting until it becomes a crisis! Sounds like a no brainer, I know, but it has been the best gift of all this month.

Usually I am so into whatever I am doing that I don’t want to stop or be interrupted.

Taking a few extra minutes before that long car drive and before sitting down to dinner has helped maintain calm. This pampering is better than Pampering.
