Dear FlyLady We recently started a bathroom remodel. On the list to replace was the bathroom fan. It didn’t seem to do its job as the bathroom was always damp. Imagine my surprise after the dry wallers took off the fan cover to find inches of dust filling the inside of the fan. My rubba scrubba to the resue! I was able to easily scrub off years worth of dust. But I couldn’t reach up inside the actual fan blades to get the dust stuck up there. My dryer vent kit brush easily went up inside the fan and pulled out all dust stuck up there! And I’m sure you guessed that the fan doesn’t need replaced now! It just needed some lovely care to get it working its best. Cleaning out my bathroom fan is now on my list to do every few months. Thanks so much for offering tools that truly make taking care of my home a joy inside of a chore. Flying with a house full of teens |
