Dear FlyLady,

I just love my new 32 oz. bottles! I bought two and took both to work today filled with my special clearly filtered water from home.

I am so excited to tell you that I have already refilled them and am still drinking. In the past I was using only one and never really remembered if I had filled up enough times to get all my water in.

I love the wide mouth and the screw on lid that is secured to the bottle, yet flips out of my way to drink. I just watched one of the Doctors tell that you need the same amount of ounces to drink as your weight in pounds.  So a 160 pound person needs to drink 160 oz. of water(5 refills of your 32 oz. bottle)

Thank you thank you thank you for the new bottle. I am so glad I ordered them!

FlyLady here: There is such a thing as water intoxication. Please don’t drink more than 12 oz in a 30 minute period. Google it!

I have not gotten a 32 oz water bottle yet because I want you to get yours first. But when I do; I am going get my grand-daughter to make me some rubber band bracelets to keep up with my refills.
