The problem is that most of the time the things we procrastinate about only take a few minutes and we spend more time avoiding the task than it takes to actually do it.

I don’t want you to make a list; I just want you to get up do what is nagging at you! Don’t put it off another day!

You can feel good by taking care of those things you have been putting off!
