Dana's Weekly Pamper Mission

This weeks Pamper Mission:
Dear Friends,

Take the time to enjoy the fruits of summer... and also the vegetables! Most communities offer farmers markets that provide delicious, nutritious, often pesticide free produce to those that are willing to adventure outside the supermarket.

Pampering your body with healthy food has many benefits. It improves your health, the appearance of your skin, and even helps us think more clearly.

Make your weekly shopping excursion for fresh fruits and vegetables an event. Arrive early for best selection, allow plenty of time to choose the best for the best price, and allow time to chat with the sellers. These conversations are often very educational, entertaining, and enjoyable for both you and the seller.

Everyday activities can become pamper missions when approached with an attitude of peace and wonder. Taking a few minutes to slowly savor something as simple as shopping for groceries instead of rushing through in a mad dash grabbing whatever is within easy reach is a great way to take some of the stress out of your day. Just do a little planning and watch the stress disappear and the peace and joy appear.
